I know early on, Microsoft said Win7 would run on netbooks, and they came through on their promise. I wish, though, that it could be optimized a little more to fit the tiny screen. HOLY CRAP what a performance increase. Even with the slower SSD hard drive (16 gigs) the performance is vastly improved over windows XP.
